Everything your car needs,
in one app.

Maintenance, mileage, registration and recalls in one place — plus an AI mechanic that knows your exact vehicle, and quote requests sent to nearby shops on your behalf.

Most car apps do one thing. KarHub is the one that remembers everything and actually does something with it.

What it does

Add your VIN once. KarHub decodes your exact year, make, model, trim and engine, and every answer it gives from then on is about your car specifically.

Free

Service history that stays put

Log oil changes, brakes, tires — anything. Date, mileage, cost and notes, kept in one timeline instead of a glovebox full of receipts.

Free

Reminders that do the arithmetic

Oil change due dates calculated from your actual driving, not a guess. Registration renewals and monthly odometer prompts too.

Free

Open recall alerts

Checked against NHTSA's live database for your vehicle. Recalls are free to fix and easy to miss entirely.

Free

Nearby repair shops

Find shops around you with addresses, distance and directions.

Free

Check your tire life

A step-by-step penny test, with what each result actually means and when replacement stops being optional.

Plus

Otto, your AI mechanic

Ask anything about your car. Otto can see your service history and mileage, searches the web for real specifications rather than guessing, and cites where the answer came from. Send a photo of a warning light or a leak and ask about that.

Plus

Quotes, collected for you

Pick a job and how many shops to ask. KarHub emails them, reads the replies, pulls out the prices and lays them side by side. You never write an email.

Plus

Booking and reminders

When a shop offers a time, book it in a tap. It goes on your calendar, you get a reminder the day before, and cancelling sends the shop a note.

How the quote flow works

The part most people put off: calling four shops to ask what something costs.

Tell it what you need

Confirm your mileage, pick the work from a list or describe it yourself, and choose how many shops to contact.

Review before anything sends

KarHub drafts the email with your vehicle details already in it. You read it, edit it, and decide whether it goes.

Replies come back parsed

Prices, line items and available times are pulled out automatically — alongside the shop's actual words, so you can check them.

Answer or book

Shops often ask a question back. Answer it yourself, or have Otto draft a reply after asking you what only you would know.

Got an email from KarHub?

If you run a repair shop and received a quote request from quotes@mail.karhub.app, here is exactly what that is.

A real customer asked

Someone using KarHub wants a price for work on their own car. We send the request on their behalf and pass your reply straight back to them.

Replying reaches the customer

Just hit reply. Your answer goes to the person who asked. There is no portal, no signup, and nothing to install.

It costs you nothing

We do not charge shops, take a commission, or rank anyone by payment. There is no fee of any kind.

Stop any time

Reply STOP and we will never email that address again for any customer. No reply needed beyond that word.

Questions or a problem with a message you received? Email 1challahadley@gmail.com and a person will read it.

Pricing

Tracking your car is free, permanently. KarHub Plus covers the features that cost real money to run.

Your data

KarHub has no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party tracking. Your location is used on your device to find nearby shops and is never sent to our servers. Questions you ask Otto — and the vehicle records that give them context — go to Google's Gemini API to be answered; nothing else does. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app.
